Status

In these modern times, I have noticed how lost we are as a society and as humans. The core of being human is the family; no human exists without a father and a mother, with no exception. Anything else, yet similar, should not be considered as such. The main meaning of a family starts with love, with the correct biological union that can create life—life that will be consequent to the love and care between a man and a woman. I am not trying to be redundant, yet I am trying to emphasize the word “LOVE.” The world is showing us a society in which countries, their leaders, and organizations or businesses are infected by materialism and power. I am not saying all of them, but a good number for sure. It is rare to find the opportunity to have a conversation with somebody that does not include income, luxury, travel, fashion, vanity, promiscuous behavior, or irresponsible and negligent satisfaction from degenerated and even violent acts. In the past two-plus years, I have been trying my best to live according to the word of God. The book of Proverbs opened my eyes so widely; I started filtering and being more careful of who I let into my life and what I allow to enter my mind. I am the kind of person who can be alone for long periods of time; my mind is always thinking and engineering how I can make my ideas happen or improve what I have already done. I have always been able to use my time alone in being productive. Yet, as men and women, we all need each other. I depend on my clients, and my clients depend on the services and products I provide through my skills and business. We also need company; we all want to be loved. If anyone is saying differently, that person is lying, or has created a shield that appeared from pain or suffering inflicted in their past. But when it comes to company in this past couple of years, I noticed how empty some conversations were, how materialistic many people have become, and how many are willing to sacrifice their soul to live a life of expensive and unnecessary luxury to satisfy the eyes of society. These materialistic standards are not only destroying souls, but they are leaving people alone. Women are seeking a billionaire partner just because they are pretty, and men are seeking the most beautiful and sexy women to consume their beauty just because they are rich—just because it is a trend. To overcome this spiritual emptiness and protect your life, you must aggressively filter your associations, ground your identity in God’s truth, and build relationships based on sacrificial love rather than transactional vanity.

By any means, I am not trying to remove the value of money and wealth that has been properly earned. In fact, I need to confess that love was the reason I bought my first house; I was in love. A hardworking human, by simple logic, will become abundant and fruitful, but that is never the aim of a healthy soul and heart. Abundance is just a consequence for those who are of service, who are responsible, and who seek knowledge and wisdom in order to be just. Prosperity is natural to those who are disciplined, but material things are not the aim. The aim is to provide and protect those they love, and to be of service for others—to help, to fix, to improve. It is almost comical to hear from a person who is obese by choice how fast his car goes from 0 to 60 mph, when he can barely run a block without almost having a heart attack due to his lack of discipline, healthy habits, and care for that which really matters. It is sad to see beautiful women becoming slaves to the most horrible men just because they want the luxury life that a man with a lot of money can provide, even if the money comes from bad sources, crime, or illegal commercial activity. The same goes for seeing a man lose the money that cost him his hard work to porn, lust, fake friendships, and fake relationships with people who are just draining them. The only way to correct this destructive path is to focus on absolute personal discipline, reject the allure of unearned luxury, and invest your hard work strictly into healthy habits, pure intentions, and the genuine protection of your household.

Here is a reality slap to all of us. The life of the influencer and of those trying to show their luxurious and comfortable life and experiences is going to cost human society so much I cannot even imagine the measure. Medical supplies, food in the supermarket, infrastructure, housing, energy, water treatment, and so on, require productive people to exist. No influencer, no yoga instructor, no DJ, no makeup artist, no hairstylist, and no graphic designer will provide food, medical supplies, or infrastructure to society. I am not saying these things are bad, but we have a society in which humans do not want to put their hands in the dirt to grow food. We lack humans who want to do carpentry, masonry, or construction in general, and humans with enough knowledge for the necessary critical thinking to solve real-time and critical problems in society that require attention now. They only want to work in jobs that look luxurious and sophisticated, even if their brain is not cultivated to give them such a position, nor are they royal family members. Vanity is making humans blind. Technology, as anything else in the universe provided to us by God, is supposed to assist us and accelerate processes; it should never stop us from trying to become smarter, collect more knowledge, become wiser, faster, and stronger. But now data centers and telecommunications receive more attention and funds than humans themselves, because we are becoming useless and lazy, and we are handing the ability of critical thinking and skill over to technology. With that, we will lose our identity, humans will separate, and humans will not be able to aspire to go further and become better and of value. Value is the one thing that generates respect among humans, and work is what gives the satisfaction and purpose to each of us to wake up every morning with the opportunity to open our eyes, go out to the world, and work for the ones we love and the world in which we live—just as God intended our human interaction to be. Technology should not stop us from evolving, but assist us to have better lives without losing the opportunity to put ourselves to the test and see how far the human being can go. If you want to overcome the emptiness of this era, you must embrace hard work, cultivate real-world skills, and never surrender your intellect to convenience. There is no virtue in being weak or ignorant!
